I have been selected as one of the 60 participants by Co Founder of SF MOMA Art Gallery, Mariam Parmenter to create 50 paintings for the 50-50 Show at the Sanchez Art Center, 1220 Linda Mar Blvd, Pacifica, CA. The show is open from July 29 - August 30.
These paintnigs are each 6" x 6" in size of various pathways.
Here is a synopsis of my theme "Pathway"
Life is an amazing journey of various paths and not all are clearly defined ways. Some beckons attention and some demands contemplation. The allure of what lies ahead and wondering what awaits around the bend can be mysterious and adventurous. There are steps to climb, water to tread and bridges to cross as well as snowy paths, dusty lanes, tunnels and deep woods along these paths. Life paths offer us opportunities to find our passions and pursue them. It is our responsibility adhering to God’s graciousness and making the best of all the paths that life leads us on. These experiences give meaning to life.
